SHIPPING POLICY

We Offer the Following Shipping Options

Free Standard UK on orders over £20.00 GBP

£4.95 Standard UK for orders under £20.00 GBP

 

All UK parcels sent with Royal Mail 

 

Late and Lost Deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to locate it.

We can’t refund or replace lost items until at least 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when most delivery services class items as being lost.  We send everything fully insured.

 

Items not Received but Tracking Shows “Delivered”

This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. Please check the tracking information we have sent you for signatory before contacting us. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered unless it can be proved otherwise. For this reason, we recommend that you get items delivered to your home address where possible.

Element 78 Jewellery Ltd. cannot be held responsible for goods that are delayed in transit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In-Store Purchases 

If you change your mind or received a gift which you would like to exchange please notify us within 30 days. 

We do not give refunds but you may choose another piece(s) or take a gift-voucher for later.

Pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days. 

Items made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.

While we are here to help and give advice, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are happy they have ordered an item in the correct size.

An item ordered in an incorrect size can usually be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge.

All returns must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and must be in an unworn and merchandisable condition.

We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of wear.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Purchases

If you receive a faulty or damaged item or if you decide that you don’t want the item after all, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it.

Pieces must be sent back in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of notifying us. 

We will then arrange the exchange or Refund

Items made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered an item in the correct size.

To arrange a return please email shop@element78jewellery.co.uk quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a replacement.

We will advise you on how to proceed with the return.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the returned item(s) using a secure, trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs or for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

 

Faulty or Damaged Item

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email shop@element78jewellery.co.uk as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

If the package you receive is damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

In these circumstances, we will cover the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months after delivery. Items returned as faulty will be assessed by us and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred. 

Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All sales are subject to and under the jurisdiction of English Law.
